Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BridgeWell, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create a BridgeWell account and use the service.

You must provide accurate account information, maintain account security, and are responsible for activity under your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or violate rights of others.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant BridgeWell a limited license to host, process, and display content to operate and improve the service.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

BridgeWell offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions: Essential Monthly at $9.99 USD per month, Essential Annual at $99.99 USD per year, Advanced Monthly at $14.99 USD per month, and Advanced Annual at $139.99 USD per year. If pricing changes in the future, the updated price will be shown in the app before you complete your purchase.

The Essential plan includes shared scheduling, expense tracking, and family essentials features. The Advanced plan includes everything in Essential, plus AI chat message moderation.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. For purchases made through Google Play, payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected unless you cancel or change it through your purchase platform.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store account settings after purchase, or by using your Google Play account settings if you subscribed through Google Play.

If you are offered a free trial, any unused portion of that free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and BridgeWell does not issue partial-period refunds.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using BridgeWell at any time.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

BridgeWell is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BridgeWell disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of BridgeWell will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
