How do I reset my password?

From the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and follow the reset link sent to your email address.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your original purchase platform (Apple App Store or Google Play). You can cancel or change plans there at any time.

Can I invite another caregiver to my family?

Yes. Open your family settings and send an invite by email. The invitee can join with their own account and role permissions.

How do I request account deletion?

Email support@bridgewellparenting.com from your account email and include "Delete Account" in the subject line.
